Name
Transcriptome data of APP infected and healthy pig PBMCs
Repository
Gene Expression Omnibus
Identifier
geo.series:GSE179183
Description
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from the blood of pigs at different time points (0, 24 and 120 h) post infection and their transcriptome determined by Illumina HiSeq 4000 high-throughput sequencing. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis of the DEGs revealed the close relationship between the peripheral blood and inflammatory response from the perspective of molecular function, cell composition, biological processes and signalling pathways.
