Description
CUTO-3 and KM12-luc cell lines were treated with DMSO or 1 uM CH7057288 for 4 and 24 hours. Cellular RNA was extracted, processed to generate an mRNA library, and sequenced from both ends of the library using HiSeq 2500 Sequencing System. RSEM software was used to align reads against RefSeq transcripts and calculate expression values (FPKM) for each gene.
