NOSA = This study is part of a series of surveys in the Eugene- Springfield area. This study is an exit poll. Voters were asked to predict the outcome of four elections, and how they voted on them. The four elections were State Measure 4, scheduling of special US Senate elections (approved), State Measure 5, approval of $96 million in bonds to build more prisons (defeated), Lane County tax levy (defeated) and the City of Eugene Downtown Parking subsidy tax (approved).
